Publishing your access agreement
When/how will I be required to publish our access agreement?
You are required to publish your access agreement once you have approval from OFFA. For an indication of when this is likely to be and how you should do it, please refer to the latest guidance on drawing up an access agreement, on our Publications page. For 2015-16, we have a deadline of 1 May 2014 for access agreements to be submitted and a date of July 2014 for the Director of Fair Access to announce decisions.
If you choose to publish a draft agreement, you should make it clear that it is subject to approval by OFFA.
When will OFFA publish our access agreement?
